Royal Mail has told a customer that their letters were not delivered because the postie was in fact dyslexic. Shan Ross kept finding her mail in a pile and not in the letterbox where they belonged. The letters even included a bank statement that could have compromised her identity. It turns out that the person in charge of the mail had dyslexia and that they sometimes confused the numbers that were on the letters. She was told it would be discriminatory to fire the person.
